Last post for a while as I am busy with classes and some planned travel, but, don't you think scallie kids in the UK who disrespect teachers are any better? Foxy mentioned he doesnt like teaching in the UK, and I certainly wouldn't do it even for the golden handshake they offer. My brother found a kid shooting up heroin in the toilets, and who told him to fuck off when he tried to remonstrate with him. His single mother did not care much either. Maybe australian society is not in as much of a mess, but Chinese kids are generally far better than UK kids in terms of behaviour and familial upbringing. Unless you can offer your opinions vis a vis australian education/kids/society to China? Nothing personal mind.
