In many countries there are defamation laws, and in the OP's case I would take legal action. However, it's China, and he has been deported. And China does not have defamation laws ( despite what people say in regard to "new tort laws" )

There is something else he can probably do if he really wants to, I think you might know what I mean. I know other FT's have done this, especially when they have not been paid. You know what can happen to people who don't pay their debts....................?????

Indeed, it could be a very complicated case and that's why I feel that this should not be posted on the board. Not only are we possibly not quite the right people to give advice this time around, but posting it up on here could potentially discredit his case because the actual act of posting the details on here might considered improper or unprofessional. When I first went on this site, I wrongly believed every teacher who complained about a school was somebody who was bitter because they had been fired for poor performance or misconduct. Such prejudice probably still exists and the bosses of TCs, paid lackeys and Wumaos absolutely love to exploit that, including that Y'all twat.

The right person to seek advice from in this case, is a lawyer. Not us. Maybe after the lawsuit, he can do far more damage to them and the crappy TC industry.
