Dont know Chen, but Shuei had a side kick called "Nick". I had a friend there, another FT, from Australia, Terry S[edited]. Everyone thought Shuei [edited]. There was a Canadian FT there, an alcoholic and friend of Shuies, and he knocked the students about. He also had a private school.
