I've taught in Turkey for quite a few years now.

Quite a few teachers have complained about not being paid on time at Yildizlar. Perhaps things have changed.

However, Yildizlar College (in the past)ACTIVELY hired non qualified teachers. I don't know what their practices are these days.

Does hiring a "non professional" give your the right to short change them?

If things are better at Yildiz. ...that's good to know.

I lived in Esenkent (a few miles from YC)and heard enough horror stories during my time there.
