Stay away from Ghanem Bilingual School (GBS) in Kuwait. Everything the original poster said was correct. It is a dungeon. Dr. Afaf does not respect Western teachers. If the parents didn't insist on native speakers, she would only hire lebanese teachers. The owner is only out for a profit. He expects the teachers to buy their own supplies. He has no regard for anyone, especially the Western teachers who keep his dungeon of a school surviving and keeping him financially comfortable. The teacher's salaries are a mere pittance. There are not a lot of posts about this horrible school because their are very few Western teachers who would work for such a place!
