I'm living in Australia and interested in teaching English in the outer islands of Fiji. I have previously taught for 2 years with AVI in Kiribati. Can anyone give me suggestions for how to obtain work in Fiji? I have teaching qualifications and also TESL. With AVI they did all the necessary arrangements. A friend has suggested just going there and looking for work at schools when I arrive.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
