You will notice in China that many schools use "Cambridge" or "Oxford " in their name to give credibility but this does not automatically mean they are accredited.
The IGSE is offered by several providers including Cambridge Assessement ( non-profit and part of Cambridge University), Pearson and Edexcel.
If at some stage this "school" gained accreditation from Cambridge I would be surprised, based on the reports here.

You could contact them by email www.cie.org.uk or phone +44 1223 553554.

Places like this need be be closed down as they bring into disrepute the organisations they are supposed to represent and are nothing more than routes for rich parents to get their offspring into Canada and other countries for further education with all the attendant corruption.

I wouldn’t be surprised if China and several Western countries sign very high-profile extradition treaties in the future. Developed countries do not want immigrants of questionable character, they probably want to get into China’s good books too, as China grows in strength and influence.

China probably does not want any more naked officials or corrupt people running away with large amounts of the country’s wealth.

The stumbling block could be capital punishment, China is not shy of executing tax dodgers and potential political enemies. Many countries frown upon this kind of punishment. That does not mean that governments can not agree to deals that suit each other needs though.
