Correct! It is easy to view people as measurable statistics and I know for a fact that it is easy to distort any research to find what you are exactly looking for. On the other hand, empathizing and understanding the emotional processes that a person had to go through is difficult and takes real intelligence. Unfortunately, we see all too often that individuals who carry a position that requires a certain level of Moral Strength like Teaching all too often lack this.
