I suggest TEFLocal and Buenos Aires, Argentina TEFL course. I don't think when this was written the place you mentioned even existed in Buenos Aires. In fact I know they didn't. I have read some very shady things about them on numerous chat boards, they weren't even accredited in February. I would go with TEFLocal, I had a lot of fun with them. Take care.
