Actually we should care; should those managers move on to another company, people need to be warned about them. These are people that will happily sell their soul for financial gain and status, especially in the well known case of foreign DOS staff.

Also if they have benefited directly from mistreating foreign teachers, everybody should know about it. They should never be allowed to be able to run back home unscathed.

It is not just their staff, as shown on this board: Worlda as a company have a reputation for re-branding themselves from time to time and now it appears; shifting locations. One has to wonder about the possible motivations for this. It could be a genuine case of corporate expansion, but once has to also suspect that they are living on borrowed time in Guangzhou due to the large number of offences that have been reported about them to the authorities (they've lost a few lawsuits as widely reported on the various ESL forums) and the crackdown upon corrupt officials (that may have previously allowed them to remain in business). They will no doubt be trying to establish new connections in Shenzhen to allow themselves to survive; should their Guangzhou operation finally fail.
