Hi all,

As I am loath to fly home to sort out the police clearance certificate (expenses/time) and am hoping to get it sorted out by applying from HK and having it posted over, in the meantime, does anyone have any definite idea as to which provinces of China DO NOT require any kind of criminal background check.
