I would say that I know something of it - I used to work there. It's a pretty good school. I worked there for a year and a half. The owners were awesome, professional and kind. It's a startup school so you had to be willing to be flexible and work with what you had, but the school has grown and they are always improving it. The coworkers are mostly western, most are pretty great.
The kids are wonderful, just adorable and so smart. There aren't many behavior issues. There are a lot of Indian parents, they are involved and supportive. The owners insist on teachers being treated with respect and always have your back. They also believe in giving opportunities to people who show initiative. If you are a licensed teacher, you should apply. It is a school that I believe in, and miss working at.
Let me know if you have any more questions!
