They are worse than a clique. CCP controls the China forum, and definitely the Korean internet police closely monitor, play a role in what is posted in the South Korean forums.
This will be hard for some people to believe. I would not have believed it myself in the past as a newbie in ESL. You have to observe the forums closely for years in order to understand. It's really getting bad lately. I'm grateful for this website. Where teachers actually have an honest chance to communicate
