hey, I actually just finished teaching for CIEO. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to work there. they treat their teachers like crap by taking away your bonus for any reason they can come up with and by making you go to pointless 'teambuilding' events on your days off. Also, vacation time is minimal maybe 3 weeks out of the entire year. plus your 1 and a half to two days off a week will end up being just 1 day off a week at some piont. all I have to tell you is RUN. find another school as soon as you get there and drop their asses before they steal your soul.
