We are a relatively new education consulting company registered in Beijing,China. We provide overseas education services and corporate language training. Due to popular demand and current trends, we are developing IELTS and ESP courses online in China. The type of online courses we're looking at are packaged ones in which explanations, instructions and exam tips are given with or without practice. Power points slides, audio and video are 50% completed.

Owing to our company size and finances,we need a low budget e-learning platform where we can host and sell our courses and respond to queries. Could anyone recommend individuals or companies that may be interested in our project?

We would like to work with people who can use multimedia and know e-learning software in and out.
