And then why do these printers produce fake degrees and fake certificates with flaws like the wrong type font for the graduates name and print on paper with in incorrect paper weight?

It wouldn't surprise me if the printers get them from all the fake training centres.

Only way forward in my opinion is for reputable schools to require all qualifications notarized and apostilled. I doesn't cost much - I've just had all mine done for Ethiopia.
