Thanks "cunning linguist"! It is supposed to be fairly open-ended. I'm mostly looking at how people find information, and what people use libraries for. So, your answers are indeed helpful! I am just starting out looking at user research, and I'm sort of experimenting with the questions--I've only posted one other place.
