Party A: Guangzhou Worlda Cultural & Educational Service Co., Ltd.

Party B:

6) Working hours: Within the contract period, Party B is required to work 35 hours in total per week = approximately 25 lessons/45minutes per lesson + working hours for any other teaching related tasks. Party A pays Party B RMB 150yuan/per hour for overtime (working time refers to the class teaching time and other working hours arranged by Party A. Lunch break, rest between classes, and after-school hours are not work time.) If working hours are less than 15 hours per week in a month due to Party B’s factors, the payment shall be paid according to the actual working hours. If work hours are less than 15 hours per week in a month due to Party A’s or the client’s factors, Party A shall still make the full payment to Party B. But Party B shall be unconditionally obliged to work for the paid-hours if required by Party A in the future and those paid hours shall not be paid again, otherwise Party A shall have the right to deduct the payment for. If Party A’s client arranges extra work to Party B, Party B should contact and attain Party A’s email or written approval. Only when Party B receives the approval before can he or she conduct the extra work. Otherwise, Party A shall not recognize Party B’s extra work, and Party B shall bear the full legal responsibilities if it causes any business related issues.

7) Party A fixes Party B’s monthly total payment in accordance to Party B’s work task, duty, experience level, education degree and professional qualifications. The monthly total payment before tax is RMB1X,000yuan (including basic salary, assessment remuneration, apartment allowance, insurance, flight reimbursement). Monthly payment is paid on the 20th for the previous month’s work. If pay date is on the weekends, holidays, or festivals, Party B’s monthly payment will be fulfilled on the first working day. In case of problems of bank equipment, network, or account information that causes a failure to pay Party B on time, Party B shall notify Party A as soon as possible, Party A shall pay Party B within two working days after receiving Party B’s notice or Party B can get monthly panyment in cash from Party A. Party B shall not borrow money for any reason or request Party A to pay in advance. Party B should bear the income tax which will be paid by Party A directly from Party B monthly payment.

During the contract period, both Party A and Party B agree to the “principle of payment distribution in accordance with work”. Party A pays Party B according to Party B’s actual working time. If any of the following situations happens, Party A only pays party B according to Party B’s actual work time:

(1) During pre-job training, Party B hasn’t started teaching or working.
(2) Within contract period, Party B does not teach or work (included winter vacation and summer vacation,) Party A shall not pay Party B.

Within the contract period, Party A only pays Party B for his/her actual working time.
(1) If a Party A’s customer is not satisfied with Party B and the replacement becomes necessary , during the period of Party B’s replacement, Party A does not offer any pay to Party B, until Party A has a new full-time working arrangement for Party B.
