16.If Party B applies for resigning for whatever reasons, Party B should submit a written application to Party A three months in advance. Only when Party B obtains Party A’s written permission, can he/she probably handle over the formalities with Party A before his/her departure. Otherwise, Party B should be considered to do breach of the contract, and Party A has the right to investigate and affix Party B’s breach of the contract.

17. If the resignation caused by Party B, after both parties consultation, both parties agree to terminate the contract in line with the conditions as follows: Party A should cancel Party B’s work visa and residence permit in accordance with China’s relative laws and regulations, and Party B should return Party A flight-reimbursement 8000CNY and another administration management and personal assistance fee 5000CNY at the time of handing over document procedures. After the completion of the contract cancellation, Party’ B shall bear all his/her expenses in China and for leaving China.

15) Within the contract period or 24 months after the completion of the contract, and without Party A’s writing permission, Party B is not allowed to have any employment or labor relationship with Party A’s customers for any reason in any form. If Party B has an employment relationship with or through Party A’s client, Party B should pay Party A RMB100,000yuan. Within the contract period, without obtaining Party A’s written permission, Party B is not allowed to engage in any part time work not arranged by party A. Otherwise, Part A has the right to confiscate Party B’s part-time income, and fine Party B 3000-5000CNY and Party A also has the right to cancel the contract in advance if the contract-breaking behavior is very much serious.
