Sigh.

How can helping less experienced teachers be considered back-stabbing?! I help them if they ask me and I do it for their students and their own development, not for the owner of the school. It would be irresponsible of me to not help considering my training and experience.

This is of course if I am working with real teachers, who value continued personal development... Tourist-teachers who shouldn't he teaching in the first place may not like it so much, but that's only because my presence shows them up for the frauds they are!
