Calling people who only want to work three or four days a week at university in Asia "lazy" is an insult

I never said that, though, did I? I said making the choice to do the bare minimum by way of lesson preparation constituted lazy, not people who only work a 4 day week. I said nothing about how many days people worked, only about their ethos towards preparing their lessons.

You should perhaps get to a doctors or an optician as you seem to have a problem that when you read the words I actually post, your brains reads them as entirely different ones!

So don't become a teacher! By all means retire to Asia, but do a job that doesn't have people depending on you to provide them with an education if you cannot be bothered to take the time to provide that to a high standard.
