I honestly feel that many of these statements are not accurate. The environment in Proulex is really much better than working at a lot of the private schools. Though the pay is low that is true in all schools except universities and in that case hours are not plentiful and there are no benefits. There is also the option of company classes, but traveling all day is not pleasant. I have worked at many schools and Proulex is much less tiring than working with a bunch kids with a feeling of entitlement. the great thing about Proulex is you can focus on teaching and not so much on class management. Furthermore, the contacts and the staff are very helpful in most cases when you get to know them. The average pay in Mexico for a graduate is 10000 pesos this is easily attainable in Proulex. It may not be perfect, but as a student in my MA it offering just what I need
