I worked with Youngdo for a year. Youngdo was always very reliable in paying teachers on time. Some teachers had difficulty in adapting to Youngdo's teaching methods. They don't offer very much teacher support. They often tell you that you can't do something (because a parent or student is unhappy), but they don't explain to you how you should change. Youngdo is okay if you're easy-going and can go with the flow with the flow of things. For some that I worked with, this was very difficult to do. Good luck!
