We are located in East Burnaby (2nd St and 17th Ave) and is close to Cariboo Hill Secondary School, St. Thomas More Collegiate, Our Lady of Mercy School, Douglas College New Westminster, and BCIT. You have your own room on the ground level (not basement) with its own private bathroom. In the bedroom, it has a double bed, closet, window, desk, lamp, and chair. We do not take more than 2 students at one time.

We are a Chinese-Canadian family of 5. My husband and myself both work at SFU as administrative staff and we have three girls - 8 years old, 5 years old and 2 years old). My girls love to talk and play with students. We love to include students in our family activities, such as yoga, fitness exercise, music, piano, movies, ice skating, swimming, etc.

We are looking for a female non-smoking student who likes children and keeps an open mind to experience new food. We cook mostly chinese and western food. Please let us know if you have any particular food preference or dislikes and we will try our best to accommodate.

We have experience hosting international students from many different countries and we have criminal check records available. Some students have stayed in touch with us even after they have returned back to their own countries. We hope your stay with us will be filled with happy and fulfilling memories.
