It takes 2mins to walk to the Eaton Centre , Ryerson university and 8 mins walk to the University of Toronto .....
The condo is conveniently located and is connected to the Underground Shopping Centre, Groceries, subway line and Restaurants.

Homestay rates are $1500 per month for private bedroom .
Homestay with no meals rents for $1600 for private . This includes 2 meals per day!
