Learning a new language while adjusting to a new culture can be stressful!

Practice English conversation in a relaxed setting. All levels of English learners are welcome. Lessons and excursions promote conversation skills and grammar review. All lessons include a Life Skills component, so students are not just learning social conversation/grammar skills, but also practicing and role playing functional skills to communicate in day to day activities, such as social conversation; shopping; ordering at restaurants; going to the doctor; attending parent/teacher conferences and job interviewing skills.

For anyone, from any country who is learning English as a second language.

Instructor/facilitator is TESOL certified, an ESL tutor, and a second language learner who understands the challenges of learning a new language. Experience teaching ESL since 2007 with students and business clients from a wide variety of cultures including Iraq, Yemen, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, India, Italy, Ukraine, Spain and Mexico.

Extensive experience as a social services manager, staff trainer, conference speaker and workshop facilitator.

Currently organize and facilitate an English Language Meet Up for ESL conversation.
