Indian Wildlife Parks: Where the Wild Roars

India is a tropical country and offers conducive environment for the development of both flora and fauna. There lies many wild life species in India, which attracts many tourists from across the globe for wild life tourism. Enjoying the wild life amidst the rich green forest is highly appreciated by tourists who visit India. There are many national parks in India, and this article speaks about the noted national parks of India, which offer the best wildlife experience. Sunderbans National Park – Sunderbans national park is covered by a mangrove jungle, and this type is one of its kinds in the world which is located in West Bengal. The national park is spread over 54 islands and exploring the national park on a boat is very thrilling. Sunderbans National Park is most famous for the Bengal tigers which are known for swimming in the saline waters. Kanha National Park – This is another important national park located in the state of Madhya Pradesh. This national park also holds offered its setting for a famous novel by the author Rudyard Kipling for his book titles ‘Jungle Book’. Many endangered species reside in these forests and swamp deer are found in abundance in this national park.

Nagarahole national park – This is the national park located towards the southern part of India in the state of Karnataka. The name given to this national park is inspired by the snake-like movement of the river in the national park. The park offers a great setting to view the elephants live in their habitat. Herds of elephants quenching their thirst and playing in waters in the river bank are a usual view at the Nagarhole national park. This national park can also be travel around by trekking, jeep, boat or elephant back.

Ranthambore national park – This is one of the most famous national parks in India located in Rajasthan. This national park is a blend of culture and history. The park has many rocky plains and steep cliffs. Inside the national park is a fort built during the 10th century by the kings of Rajasthan. The park is famous for tigers and you can get a great view of the tigers, and their habitat at Ranthambore National Park.
