What benefits will you get when you join our team?

You can earn as much as Php 40,000 per month. Sounds promising, right? Each class will last for 25 minutes and the classes may either be assigned to teachers or reserved by students. You will be paid per class, that’s why the more classes you have, the more chances of earning big!

Are you a proactive person and often has a hectic schedule? We got you covered on that, too. You may choose your preferred teaching schedule within 7 am to 11 pm. Better news is that by February 1, 2017, our operation hours will start from 4 am to 12 mn. Longer working hours = more classes!

Another good thing about this is that your unbooked slots will be paid if you teach from 4am to 7am and 7pm to 12mn. Also, there’s no need to wait for years in order to get a rate increase. You can have it right on the onset of your 4th month in the company. Monthly incentives also await teachers who can reach a certain number of classes in a month. Aside from monthly incentives, you may also receive monthly rewards under our new rewards program for Perfect Attendance and Highest Number of Classes.

What will be your tasks as a teacher?

All you need to do is provide 25-minute English lessons to Japanese students via Skype. Yup, that easy! In order to avoid cramming and for you to still have some time to prepare for your classes, you should arrive at the office at least 30 minutes before your first class. Aside from conducting classes, you are also responsible in evaluating student’s performance, giving them appropriate recommendations, monitoring their progress, posting lesson memos, and submitting sound files. If you still need further assistance, no need to worry because online teachers will be asked to attend training sessions to ensure quality performance and service to our dear students.

What are the qualifications for the post?

They say experience does not necessarily result in expertise, but if you already have an experience in teaching English, why not make use of it as your stepping stone in becoming an expert in teaching? Hitting two birds at the same time, as they say—earning money while learning new things. No teaching experience? No worries for you are still very welcome to be part of our growing team.
