Experienced Primary School Head Mistress and Teachers Needed in Central Asia
We are an established language school now expanding our scope of business in Northern Tajikistan.
We have opened a new primary school for very young learners this summer. The curriculum is designed as a mix of the IB programme and the German educational system. The Headmistress needs to have 4 years of prior experience of teaching in a primary school in an international context. She will provide academic leadership to Arkon Academy with minimal supervision from the director and the head office,
We are also looking for experienced teachers who can teach Russian, English, Science, Math and the Arts. They need to have a minimum of 2 years of work experience. School work timings would be from 8.00 - 16.00. Language teachers can also teach extra classes in our language centre if they want additional compensation.
Salary will be 1800-2500 Tajik Somonis. The average local wage is 600 somonis for workers and 2000 somonis for managers and supervisors. We will pay for flights and visa costs. A shared accommodation is provided with other teachers.
We expect the Head Mistress to arrive ASAP and teachers by the end of August.
