The Tashkent Ulugbek International School, owing to an unexpected increase in the school roll, is seeking a primary school teacher, for a Year 3 class, who has formal (university awarded) teaching qualifications obtained from a country which has English as their first language.
Ideally we're interested in employing an educator who has a previous experience of working with children who come from a variety of international backgrounds.
We teach entirely through the medium of the English language apart from lessons in the Uzbek and Russian languages which are taught by local teachers.
Our curriculum is based on the UK National Curriculum (2010) with some modifications to meet the demands of the Uzbekistan Ministry of Public Education.
We offer a good salary package which would include costs of an annual return flight ticket between Tashkent and the capital city of your home country plus a locally rented apartment and health provision. The post is available for an immediate start on September 2nd next.
