Working as part of an international team, you will be responsible for the

selection and support of the school’s personnel. You will be looking for new

ways for ASI to expand its applicant pool and also improving the way we

support our current staff. We are looking for an international staff that will

help relieve the cultural or language barriers that hiring internationally

brings.

You will:

• Maintain and extend our presence in career networks and job platforms

• Conduct interviews with potential candidates

• Select qualified applicants for a variety of internships at ASI

• Take care of e-mail correspondence with applicants

• Evaluate and create processes for the support of the school’s personnel

• Collect feedback from the school’s international workers via interviews

• Manage legal documents for incoming interns

• Plan and realize the constant development of our team

Since its inception in Ecuador in 1988, Academia Superior de Idiomas has

Additional Information / Benefits

We will provide you a workplace in a comfortable office near the beach.

However, all our internships are unpaid. Instead we offer you the following:

• Free accommodation in the student residence or subsidy for a host family

• Free participation in our Spanish language course for 8 weeks at 20 hours

a week and 4 weeks at 10 hours a week

• Optional participation in all activities organized by the school

• Free luggage deposit if you wish to travel after your internship
