Is there any pre-paid subway/train card in Japan using credit card?

I want to study Japanese in Japan for 3 months. I have to pay for tutition fee. If they don't accept credit card, then I have to pay them in cash.
If I can't open a bank account in Japan then I can't transfer money from my Candian bank account then my cash will run out quickly after paying the fee.
I want to save some cash as possible. I hope everything spend there can pay by credit card.
BTW, I am Canadian with 90days temporay tourist visa.
