I would like to live in Japan for a period of several months and I know there are many opportunities available with jobs teaching English, but I would like to know if there are any other types of jobs available. I did some searching and couldn't find much besides teaching jobs.

One of my issues with teaching jobs is that most of them seem to require a year contract which is a little long for me.
