Now, there is lot of development in Online sites too. Apart from academic teaching, there is a large group who are keen to have only conversation practice, Toefl assistance etc. I wonder, How about providing that information.

I am surprised to understand that Schools irrespective of Private and Public discriminate between Native and Non native teachers. I wonder, Is there any guidline from the Government, not to recruit Non native teachers, depriving of their right to do so. Could you please put some light on it please.
