Interactive English Language Center is an online English learning school, established in 2005 in partnership with a Japanese national. The website is in Japanese, and caters to interested Japanese students, professionals, and others so that it will be easy for them to register and enroll in the website. They are given a free web trial lesson and after the trial are given the choice to enroll. Students can choose the day and time most convenient to them to learn the language the easy, enjoyable and most affordable way

Lessons include grammar, pronunciation, conversation and enhancing speaking ability. Topics include most relevant issues in the world for professionals and topics of interest to students.

Lesson Plans are prepared by the teacher according to the ability of the students and are emailed to them for discussion. Most teachers are professional mentors who graduated from teaching colleges and universities.

It was the vision of the owner Mr. Bienvenidito Rosario, presently a Department Head of one of the premier schools of the Division of City Schools, Manila to help Japanese learn the language the easy and affordable way as a return gesture of gratitude to the Japanese government for selecting him as a Mombusho scholar in 1988 . The owner taught English to his classmates during his scholarship in the country and this made him taught of founding an English language Center to help Japanese learn the Language. He found out that many Japanese have a hard time communicating with foreigners which made them shy because of the language barrier.

He hopes that students, professionals, travelers, housewives will be able to find the website and be able to learn the English language.
