Singapore is an English speaking country. But too bad the Koreans don't recognise that. But it is true many Singaporeans are not native speakers of English though many are. It is a 50-50 thing.
South Africa has 12 official languages, in fact they speak worse English than the Singaporeans. Canada has 2 official languages - french and english.
