Boryeong Mud Festival is coming!
By:EmmaJang <eunjung@worknplay.co.kr>

The 13th Mud Festival will be hosted from July 17 ~ July 24, 2010 at Daecheon Beach, Boryeong. This festival has a strong, dynamic image, and around 2 million domestic and international visitors participate each year, making it a truly worldwide event. Boryeong Mud Festival plays a significant role in promoting Korea, and aims to convey the spirit of the country worldwide. This is a festival for everyone to enjoy.

The Boryeong Mud Festival sees the whole world as one. Whilst being painted with mud, visitors can escape their normal routine and enjoy the festival regardless of age, nationality, etc. The mud itself also has excellent health benefits, and is great for the skin.

As well as enjoying the mud, visitors can also have fun in the sea, and go swimming. Daecheon beach is popular for its shell powdered sand, which can only be found on the east coast of Korea. There are many other fun activities to get involved in too, including a Large Mud Bath, Mud Love Love, Color Mud and Mud Self-massage.

To help you experience this festival – chosen as the best from around 1,200 Korean festivals - WorknPlay is providing a fun and comfortable hotel package tour program with round-trip bus transportation and one night's hotel accommodation, from July 17 (Sat.) ~ July 18 (Sun.).
