Great benefits, crappy place to work. The pay is nice but they'll work you like a dog. Do you like philosophy? That's what CDI will pretty much make you teach to their kids. They're really clever at recruiting unsuspecting teachers who think they'll be teaching elementary English when they've looked at the CDI brochures until they realize they've been tricked into teaching some hardcore English crap during the training week in Korea. Forget CDI and choose another place.
