Hi, I have just secured a Public school job in south Korea and in my resume I mentioned that I worked and lived in Japan for 3 years... and one of my referees was my supervisor from Japan. SO there's no problem whatsoever about mentioning it... if anything it helps because it means that you are adaptable to living overseas! Good luck!
