I'm not sure which court ruling you found, but we are entitled to severance pay if we work the majority of the hours that a school is in operation. If your employer puts in your contract that you are entitled to a bonus at the end of your contract, remember this is not your severance, as severance is not a bonus. Make sure you get the bonus and the severance. If you have problems, just get a Korean friend to bring you to a local union office - problem solved.
