I was thinking about teaching in Korea. I have a BA, TESOL cert., and 2 yrs exp at a community college, about 650 hours. Any advice you have would be much appreciated. I am particularly interested in good universities or high schools in larger cities (e.g. Seul etc).

Also wondering what a hagwan (?) is. I found the term on eslcafe.com and I don't know its meaning.
