This apartment is located on the 12th floor of 18 story building. There are the same type of apartment buildings, so it's very safe and there are several security guards in the apartment area, thus it's clean and organized. It has a great view at night and during the day.

The apartment is fully furnished, so there is nothing extra you need to live in the apartment. Each room has a bed and a closet or a drawer. In the living there is a television with a cable TV and desktop computer with internet access. If you have your own laptop, wireless internet access is available, too. There is a DVD player, too. In the kitchen, there are cooking utensils, microwave, toaster oven, gas stove, refrigerator and the others that you need in the kitchen. In the bathroom, there is a bathtub unlike many places in Seoul, so you can use the bathroom with more comfort. In the balcony, there is a washing machine and you can enjoy the view there.

The rent is 450,000won per month and the security deposit is 900,000won, which is refundable when you complete the contract.
