Colegio Internacional SEK-Chile was founded in Santiago in 1983, becoming the first school of SEK Institution in Latin America. This meant the consolidation of one of the most flourishing stages of the Institution. From this moment, our institution has continued growing through the opening of Schools and SEK Universities in Europe and Latin America.

SEK-Chile is one of the largest schools of SEK International Institution in which innovation, personalised care, creativity and the joy of its students are present in every dimension of it.

The curriculum of Colegio Internacional SEK-Chile is divided into three educational levels: Pre-school, Primary School, and High School.

By means of a methodology supported by the academic team work of the school as well as the institution, our curriculum aims at the achievement of objectives in each one of its stages. All of these focused on two key aspects: gaining knowledge, which can be built up by encouraging students to ‘learn how to learn’, and the learning of values which will help them become better persons with noble aspirations. Thus they form their personality with solidarity and a respectful spirit towards the others.

Curriculum, at SEK, in its different levels, gives special attention to the learning of English and New Technologies which are crucial for the world we live in and integrating them in a natural way so as the students learn them as part of their routine.
