TEFL Certification - Our 4 week intensive TEFL certification course will prepare you to teach children and adults. This internationally recognized certificate will enable you to travel the world and make a living as an English teacher. Not only will you become fully qualified to teach English as a foreign language, you will also experience one of the oldest cultures in Mexico while living with a local family at no extra cost to you.

Spanish Courses:
The intensive Spanish courses are all taught in a total immersion environment, and let you experience the language and culture of the oldest town in Chiapas. All the courses include homestay with a local family and you will have enough time to enjoy workshops given in the local cultural center at no extra cost. We have programs for children, teenagers, and adults, and we can customize the courses to fit your time frame and needs.

Language Exchange Program:
This is a popular program here at Dunham Institute. We hire 3 TEFL certified teachers per semester to teach English to children and adults, and in exchange they receive housing with a local family and Spanish lessons. You will leave an experienced teacher and with a diploma certifying your level of Spanish.
