With respect to the social insurance for foreigners in the country, who would want to use the underdeveloped local health care?

Therein lies the rub.

Unlike Taiwan which has benefited from Japanese and American influence, and HK which has had an undisputably world class standard of healthcare left behind from the British Legacy and likewise Macau which is number 2 in the world in terms of longevity, what claim for China?
