Know Your Rights

Let me make some things very clear on here:
1. To go together against cheating waibans, companies and crappy training centres in China is a good thing and should be like that if there is a chance. But make no mistake, this does not include condoning or approving things that are obviously illegal. If you have a good mate who is in trouble and needs a helping hand by doing something illegal, then you should just do it and not talk about it in public. This board on which you post is visited by users worldwide including China. Don't be naive enough to believe that Chinese PSB does not form part of the audience and that they will use this information they can find on here for their own purposes. If the board owners do not want to be banned in China, they will have to avoid giving the false impression that they provide a platform where all kinds of people can freely discuss their more or less important illegal problems. The result may be a ban imposed, and you should not take that lightly.
2. To be very clear, we all can rightly blame Chinese bosses and their places if we have done our part and have not provided any good reason for them to withhold our salaries, passports, air fare compensation or whatever. But if you turn up drunken in class each day, not strictly following your terms of the contract, how then could you rightly blame the other side if you haven't lived up to the expectations that they rightly can demand from you?
3. There is a lot of crap and cheat going on in China, and I am the last person to defend or condone it. But again, make no mistake and don't blame Chinese employers for everything that goes wrong in your life. You can only blame therm what they are actually responsible for. You may also have to look at yourself to see what is perhaps wrong with yourself, accept and admit it as that, and try to arrange for the necessary changes in your own life-style to make an end to such problems.
4. I know who you really are behind that San Migs and other nicks you have been using on here over the time. I have read many different inputs from you on different topics and what and how you were saying things. Again and again, don't make a mistake to believe that I personally could approve of everything you said and that I or other readers could condone it. For example, your input on Filipinas. Your input paints all of them as insincere, with an entitlement mentality, trying to get something out of Western men, etc. Since you seem to generalize in that, you come across as a sexist and self-serving male individual with racist undertones (note the difference, I don't say you are racist but that you come across like that) who makes all Filipina women responsible for the problems you may perhaps have in dealing with these women or women in general. Don't expect as (your?) "mate" or old "chap" you used to call me in some of your posts to go along and to condone it. I have taken great care not criticize that in public because I wanted to avoid backstabbing you. Circumstances have somewhat changed, and I now believe it was a mistake on my part! Well, so my well-meant advice is to work on those problems if there are any; you may as well think whatever you want - right or wrong - but make no mistake to believe that other people will not stand up against that hogwash if you decide to spread such nonsense in public. Again, this is a public board, you.me and also other users are the guests on here, so all of us should behave accordingly. This board has a reputation to lose if a few users are allowed to get away with discussing how to cheat Chinese immigration by working on L visas or in making disgusting remarks hostile to women that are likely to undermine their dignity that they possess simply for being human beings - Filipina, Western, Chinese, or whatever; it doesn't matter!
I could go on and address some other issues that I have noticed; it is not my intention to put you down; I have only tried to set things in a more balanced perspective for you. I have been less "friendly" with a few other posters the last days, and should they decide to pop up again to spread their rubbish and playing the troll, I will be there to give therm the right answer! Promised! A. M., so would you mind to be a bit more thoughtful and to think twice before you post? I would really regret to deal with you in the same way I have done with other folks on here.
Whatever happened to FT's sticking up for each other and not ratting each other out to the waiban or authorities
