In Response To: Re: China:New entry and exit administrative law (Turnoi, the Only One and Real Turnoi)

Sichuan province have new rules. They do not recognize any Medical Check - other than one done in Chengdu (South). All foreigners are required to get a medical check in Chengdu regardless of where they are in Sichuan Province. The Foreign Expert Certificate is only issued after this medical check. The Residence Permit, is only issued after you get the Foreign Expert Certificate.
