No one has the power to influence others positively sans making them feel that you are one good person through and through.

When we see a person exuding with confidence in life, we naturally want to get rubbed off on his/her positive energy. Yes, who among us would be with someone so negative about life?

You are lucky when you know you have positive people around. People who know how to display their positive side and let others see the light. Displaying negative emotions, say, hatred or what is no good. Who would get happy with that when one was full of anger, envy and the like?

Mature people know how to manage their negative feelings. Instead of venting angers on innocent things or beings, they have the power to control them. Yes, sans saying harsh words that might ensue troubles. Then, kinda domino effect situation sets in. Making a ripple is sometimes unproductive except it is positive energy.

Instead of saying unpleasant words, why not keep it to yourself? Opinions are good to hear, but when it is detrimental to other people's reputation or what, it is best undisclosed. Except, you are cruel and enjoying yourself upon doing such a thing.

However, if you really want to inspire people around and get a good feeling, you simply think this: golden rule is still vital even to these days. Do not say a word you would not take it from others. Empathy is vital ingredient to getting other perspective understood.

Focus on the positive side of people. Never dwell on your feeling that they are no good, and you are the one who is good. Even you yourself has flaws and they need to accept you as you are. Yes, we always wait for the day when each one will realize this and see a different world where love and understanding reign supreme.

Now, ask yourself: Am I inspiring people around me? Or, am I not?

Whatever answer you will get, depends on how you value yourself and the people around you.

When they are always seeking your advice, spending time with you telling their travails and the like, chances are, you have made them realized that you are one--a positive influence whom they can depend on every time they have concerns.

Lucky you are. But, when they are seeking someone instead of you, that is the time to think about why. Maybe you have been too engrossed with your own weaknesses lately, or you have been making yourself unreachable by always shunning people from getting contact with you.

If others can inspire people, why can't you?

You may start now by simply getting at peace with yourself, and the rest will fall into place.
