Six great motivation tips for women

By nature women are more caring and thoughtful then men, but the downside is that it comes with lot of mental stress. There are times when we women feel so low and demotivated. Here are five great motivation tips for all you women out there

1. Bury your past:
One of the biggest thing which troubles women is that we think too much about what happened in the past. Someone once said:

Don't be a prisoner of your past. Be an architect of your future.

2. Stop being over-sensitive:
Being sensitive is good and healthy only to a certain degree. But certainly stop being over sensitive. Over-sensitivity can actually irritate other people, even if you are right. Move on and be a bit more sportive.

3. Go out shopping ans enjoy your life:
Shopping or window shopping is a great way to change your mood. Siting at home or doing the same monotonous job can really surround you with bore-drum. Don't be a wreck-less shopper, you may not even buy anything, but just going out and seeing other people can certainly motivate you.

4. Positive thinking:
Nothing beats the power of positive thinking, be an optimist person rather than a pessimist.

5. Meet friends:
People who love you are the ones who will give you the best motivation. Meet friends, cook together and probably go out with them on a vacation.

6. Listen to the music:
Listening to some nice relaxing music can really help to clear off those negative energy inside you.

So, get moving now. Life is short and you cannot waste it by being in a 'low' mood.
