Find one person first and together you find the next until you have a group of 5 – 6 people, not more.
Make a rule to meet at least once a week to share your successes and struggles.

The success is yours.
You will be surprised about how much information and knowledge you will gain from your group. Realize that every person have their own net of contacts and information sources.

Together you have a wealth of knowledge although none of the members were any professionals in your particular subject before you started.

All group members will be totally lined up, energized and magnetized to attract the recourse needed to reach your common goal. It will be almost impossible to fail.
